I am thrilled to announce that I am a certified Craniosacral Therapist! I am honored to have learned this very effective modality! Those who have received this profound work are raving about it! Here is a short snap shot about what it is: Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle, non-invasive, hands-on technique that focuses on evaluating and enhancing the function of the body’s craniosacral system — a system composed of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord. I use light touch to release restrictions in these areas, aiming to reduce tension, improve the flow of cerebrospinal fluid, and restore balance within the body. By supporting the body’s natural healing processes, craniosacral therapy helps relieve a wide range of conditions including chronic pain, headaches, TMJD, stress-related disorders, and trauma recovery, while promoting deep relaxation and overall wellness. (Generally done fully clothed). Regardless if you choose traditional massage or craniosacral therapy (or a combo of the two), my goal is to help you relax, destress, alleviate your symptoms, promote healing, and enhance your overall quality of life! This goal remains the same for people walking all walks of life. I am dedicated to showing you the respect and acceptance that you deserve, and this will shine through in all of our sessions together. I feel honored to work with you! A LITTLE ABOUT ME After working for over 20 years with children, I decided to go back to school to become a Licensed Massage Therapist. I had witnessed the incredible benefits that massage had on the health and well-being of several of my loved ones and wanted to become part of the solution. Soon after graduating from Bancroft School of Massage Therapy in Worcester, MA, I began a mobile massage practice. (As noted above however, for those clients that prefer a more traditional experience, I offer office hours in North Grafton at Inner Glow Holistic Spa). In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my amazing family and friends. I also enjoy hiking in the woods (more like strolling), spending time on Cape Cod, playing card games, and love all things baby!
